Nvidia driver 1.2.1.11 (newest) problems

after getting notified by steam that i my driver for 6600GT PCI-e is out of date, i updated to latest one at nvidia.com. however, there are few problems to this i suppose the newest driver, in term of bf2.

goods
-less CTD when game is loaded, less graphical/memory lags...
-loads faster than before


bads
-when chlick join game in multiplayer after game is loaded, there are chance it crush back to desktop
-when click joining the game, crush to desktop

can anyone help me with the *bads* of the latest driver? as far as i kno...
-punkbuster is uptodate
-i hav latest 1.3 patch
-occurred after i applied the driver update
-router ports are all forwarded
-sys of AMD 64 bit 3000+, 1 gig RAM, 6600GT, 200Gig hdd
-nothing is getting burned inside
-bf2 worked fine just a while ago
-i tried to reinstall, it didnt work out

if anyone is experiencing the same problem, please share it, and i hope some1 will give an answer to my question

I've been having lots of problems 91.31's as well (I assume that's the ones your talking about). Best advice would be to revert back to the 84.21's.

You uninstall the drivers from the Add/Remove programs list.

Run a driver cleaner, (I suggest www.drivercleaner.net)

Then downlaod and install the older ones.

You uninstall the drivers from the Add/Remove programs list.

Restart

Run a driver cleaner, (I suggest www.drivercleaner.net)

Restart

Then downlaod and install the older ones.

I am running a 7950 GX2 and have not experienced any problems with the 91.31's. I have read these drivers are best for the newer cards (7800 & 7900).

He has to run drivercleaner in SAFE MOD m8.Otherwise it wont let you to delete all files.All drivers act different for ppl, i dont have any problems with 91.31.
