Always when I wanna login, there is this answer:

"The Server refuses the Connection"

I know what it means, but what can I do to solve the
problem? Plz. I need help.

if u have a firewall try turning it OFF and see if u can connect

Yeah, try turning Windows Firewall off, or try and see if you can add BF2 to the accepted apps list.
