No servers are showing up

I bought this game days ago and Iv been trying to play online but I cant figure this out. When It says "Connecting to account servers" 30 seconds later it says Connection to server is lost" And I dont know how to log in for playing online I have installed the complete v 1.3. I dont know if I should install v 1.22. And even after I downloaded v 1.3 It still says that in the main menue that it is v 1.1 And if these is a stupid questions then srry This is my first online game

Ok, all you need to install is the FULL 1.3 patch. The version nember in the main menu should not be the same as the patch number, so that's ok.

Check your filters to make sure you don't have aything unusual set.

What do you mean it doesn't seem to do anything? It should go through a patching routine. If not, delete it and re-download it.

Did you run the patch? You don't just download it you have to install it...
