What truth is in this video?

So recently i came upon this little sniping video of a guy destroying F-15's and Vodniks. To me it seems impossible and bf2 has to be modded somehow in order to do it but i may be wrong.

    How valid is this video?

The M95 does 180 dmg to vehicles (except tanks and APC's).... if the vehicle is almost dead, the M95 could finish it off.

    The video was a setup.

I remember this video, it was hotly debated, turned into a bazillion page thread back then. The consensus: modded, fake, etc...

How weak can people be.. I am just asking how is it with Bullet Travel Time do people (Who play the game a lot like captains etc. People who have experience) Cause I'm just First Sergeant 28000 PTS and I can hit them from close range but sometimes long range annoyes me should I aim in front of people or something or is bullet travel time really a factor..

I destroyed my teammates F35 before the round started, he kept hovering and dropping bombs so I just kept shooting at the F35, took like 10-20 bullets.

After using the M95 a bunch, I can tell you with 90% confidence that there are no sweetspots on vehicles for the M95.

I've hit every spot I could think of and got no results, so as far as I can tell it's either a mod or that those vehicles were within moments of blowing up.

I'm not a sniper, but yes, bullet drop is confirmed (it's not so bad on assault rifles, but on support it is pretty heavy). Also, you have to lead targets if they are moving. Just shoot a circle in front of the target and when you get an x keep firing there, as I'm sure you know.

I wouldn't take this video too seriously. The recipients of the so called "skills" are bots....it's easy to tell by their non-dynamic movement. There is no way that an M95 would destroy any vehicle in the game unless it's on it's last few bars of health or if files have been modded.

Obviously that is not real, that is impossible to blow up a vodnik with a single shot WITHOUT modding or cheating. None of the vehicles looked like they were smoking. It's possible he could have removed smoke so it looked like they weren't damaged.

Bullet drop is the same for all weapons in the game. The reason it may seem different for some weapons has nothing to do with bullet drop, but everything to do with Deviation and Zoom. Check --> http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56385 <-- for more on Deviation/Zoom per weapon.

Another thing, He said there isn't bullet drop OR travel time.

Well yeah... there is BOTH drop, and travel time.

You don't notice the drop much, except for the L96A1, and travel time... well I think thats a no-brainer. There is too much travel time. If there was no travel time, you wouldn't have to lead the target!
