Not getting unlocks

I'm not getting the unlocks I should be. My old account I had was a Corporal, which I restarted, because I only got one unlock per promotion. This is really ticking me off. If you guys could help, it'd be great. Btw, I do have BF2: SF.

What rank are you on now that you restarted? Sometimes you have to wait a day or 2 then you should get weapon upgrades. About the SF not giving you 2 unlocks, make sure you played SF for like 30 min or so, so it can recognize that u already have it. If youve done all that, try contacting the support #. Thats all i can think to do, good luck.

did u make a new account? if so, your new account mus have the rank of at least lance corporal to get 1 unlock.

What rank are you on now that you restarted? Sometimes you have to wait a day or 2 then you should get weapon upgrades. My new account, I just got Lance Corporal. I've been playing SF as much as I can after I read this post, thanks for helping. And I already got my weapon unlocks, only one of them. Really a pain, lol. I spent a lot of money on this whole package, I'd like it to work right.
So what you're saying is that I should play SF a lot, wait for my next promotion, and see then? And if not, e-mail EA?

I remember reading somewhere that you dont get 2 unlocks until you reach Sgt or SSgt. I dont really know cause I think I was already a 1stSgt when I got SF.

Here is a post about the unlocks:

"retroactive" unlocks start at sergeant. So for instance if you had bf2 first and were a sergeant, you would only get one "free unlock" when you played SF. If you are a Staff Sergeant now and buy SF, you will 2 "free unlocks" and so on and so forth. As a gunnery sergeant, you should get 3 "free unlocks" upon playing SF for awhile....These unlocks can be used on tier 2 OR tier 3 unlocks.

That is old and somewhat confused information. It is really quite simple: when you start playing SF you get however many unlock slots needed to bring you to the amount you should have for that rank (2 unlock slots per rank after PFC). And they originally started at Sgt. because there were no 2nd tier unlock weapons for sniper and AT until the 1.2 patch. The "2 free unlocks" referred to in that thread were the slots added for Lance and Cpl. shortly before the patch was released.

So what you're saying is that I should play SF a lot, wait for my next promotion, and see then? And if not, e-mail EA?

When you check your stats online does it show you as having played SF? If so, you don't need to keep playing it to get the unlocks; as long as you have played SF on a ranked server at least once with that account you should have 2 unlocks per rank after PFC.

if u play sf u get 2 unlocks i did i got the M95 and L96
