we used to get that all the time
then = due to popular request - we made a new server rule
"no attacking uncaps"
sometimes it gets a little boring
eg gulf oman - same situation
so we have the beach lined up with armor and air cover
and kill them all as soon as they get 1/2 way over
but - fewer visitor complaints and the noobw stay in the server longer
