I was gonna try to make a island map with just like 1 main island and a carrier (as a start) but I cant seem to make the island like wake where you have slopes you can climb up. I can make them steep but I cant make them like real slopes :o how do I do it!

Use the smooth tool and make sure that raise and lower are checked on the right side if the editor, set your brush strength pretty low, like maybe 10 so it doesn't do anything too fast for ya.

Set brush size also maybe around 5, then click halfway between water and land, and it will raise the land and lower it.

Play around with it, you will get the hang of it soon enough.
