Please help me with my server

Hello,

I am thinking about getting a 16-20 man bf2 unranked server. The server company let me have a test server for a couple days. It is a 12 slot unranked but has a awesome ping and runs on bf2cc. I would like to test it out to make sure it works,etc before I buy the 16-20 one. Feel free to bring your clans to just chill out on or w/e you would like to do or with friends. The ip is 74.52.35.44. When I get the 16-20 one I will make a post with that. Thanks so much for reading :) .

with it being unranked you may aswell run mods on it then you would surely get the server full,
alot of people have or are moving towards mods.

Ahh thanks alot, what type of mods should I use and how should I let people know that I have them like what should I put in the server title?

USI would be a good bet ,since a lot of people are looking for usi servers.

be sure to note how many people have downloaded the mod files. if you download an unpopular mod, you can probably guess what will happen.

i would suggest:
-Forgotten Hope 2
-Point of Existance 2
-Eve of Destruction 2

these were some of the more popular mods for Battlefield 1942 (especially FH2). long as you get your server up with a good mod early enough, your server will get a good reputation.

Ok thanks man, I keep getting this error at random times in bf2cc chat. "Unable to Query Server Info - Server is either Starting or Changing Maps"
Anybody know what that means?

USI would be a good bet ,since a lot of people are looking for usi servers.

USI would be very good. If you can keep it populated. There is only 1 USI server that I get good pings to, and most of the time it's completely full.

why just use ur own computer as a server. its free
