ok ive just instald EF and AF and never are working i get this message

even low i have payd 4them ,payd thought BTclick&pay as u can see i must have payd 4 them plus there instald as well and say [ ready to play ] on the DOWNLOADER

This has been posted over and over and over again.

Your ingame playername is not set correctly in the EA account that you login to EAD with.

Read the info I posted in this post (2 posts there).

Okay so i know this has been posted too many times. BUT perhaps I am wondering this...... Will I need to re-purchase my EF and AF if I decide to create a new EA account with a new email and username.. reasons being, I do not like my EA name in game. As a noob, I was thinking that the EA account name could have aliases from a master account. SO, that being said, Will I have to shell out another 10 bucks each?

Yes...No...maybe.

First off, your ingame playername is your gamespy name. Your EA account name does not need to be the same as your ingame playername, so no need to change the EA account.

Again, You do not need to change your EA account name as it has nothing to do with your actual playername other than authenticating your playername for the online purchased games.

You can change your gamespy/bf2playername all you want, you just start over with ranked stats each time. Remember, your playername, does not have to be the same as your EA account name, they are different accounts.

If you change your playername, then just change the playername associated with your online purchase (the purchase was made using your EA account). You can do this from the EAD. Login to your EAD with your EA account name and a booster that you purchased online, now change the playername, its just above the "play now" button. You can also do this by going to gamespyid.com, but the EAD does make it easy.

So, to recapp.

No need to change your EA account name. This name is only for purchases and logging into the EAD to install or purchase other games.

Changing playername, once done, you need to change playername associated with purchases in your EA Account info.

Just in case:

EA account - to buy and download EA stuff

BF2 Playername - in game playername....same as gamespyID. Used to play the game(s).
