That would be awesome. Both the elements of night combat and the extras from SF like zip and grappling hooks. Too bad it will never happen lol (at least not officially so it can be played on ranked servers).

To me, it would not take but maybe a week of developer time to get all the lighting and shadows setup for city maps they already have made. We are not talking about new vehicles, weapons, sounds, or textures. They have everything work with already. It would be a real easy boon for them to pick up a lot of money for ranked SF servers just by building night city maps free pack. The return would be well worth the investment.
