A question about reporting cheaters

Hi all,
first things first this is a great site and i'm glad to be a ""part"" of it , here's my question:
i reported another player for exploiting the hotel wall glitch at "strike at kar..."
i reported it on bfroe.com, now normally i wouldn't snitch but this guy was racking 200 pts and we couldn't kick him out he really was abusive.
now this was 5 days ago and they did nothing - i checked his stats- and this cheater is about to get 2nd Lieutenant in a matter of hours, isn't there anything else i could do??
a couple more things:
1. i took screen shots from inside the wall by joining his squad and spawning on him.
2. i am deliberately not giving his name out to avoid revenge.

Even though you were trying to do the right thing, you spawning on him inside the building was wrong. You should have waited till you died and then when into spectate mode to get your screenshots.

Sounds like you if spawned on him, might as well pull out the knife for good measure. Might have just made him lock the squad though.

some servers dont allow spectator mode when dead, you would have to get a shot of the vehicle with him in it...

i did get a screen shoot but they didn't do anything to him!!! is there any thing else i can do??

I was suggesting you could have TKed him when you spawned on him.

When you report to BFROE, it is NEVER instantaneous. You dont get wiped 15 minutes after you report someone. They investigate it and it goes through various channels. As IndianScout once said, they get "placed under the microscope" and they collect more eveidence or whatever.
You did your part cheers to you. Now, dont obsess over it, just play your game and move on. Dont be freaking out on one player.

it doesnt matter which site you report them to, EA collects the tickets from both, and they will be investigated..
