Does EA/DICE enforce AUTO MBL to be on ranked servers?


If not, I think AUTO MBL should be a requirement for a ranked server.


I've been looking at people who were banned only to find out they been banned more than once.

It's a great idea all the ranked servers should stream ss and be part of the AutoMBL.

I wonder what they have to do to configure it since a ranked server you have no ftp access and they need the SS to stream so you can be part of the program.

I want the next server I rent to stream and be AutoMBL.

quick answer: no. only servers that are members of punksbusted have Auto MBL. (streaming servers)

I simply asked my provider if they would add it as a module, and so they did...

That then begs the question why dont they become members hell make it a requirement in the ROE for ppl that rent ranked servers to join punksbusted and be on the AutoMBL & stream.

I see no down side to this.
It will keep the cheating scum off the ranked servers atleast the stuff PB detects.

Until/if that time comes and you are renting a server talk to your provider. The decent ones will set it up for you. Right now only 510 BF2 servers are streaming the MBL. Not all are ranked so we need to get more people streaming.

If I remember correctly from my RVS [Raven Shield] days streaming is automatically sending punksbusted the PB server logs and allowing them access to the SS [Screen Shots] on your server so there can be no false SS's submited.

Since they maintain the AUTOMBL they need this info to ban someone.
