How do you know what he's using? If he's on an older 5400RPM 2MB cache HD, he will most certainly see a load time improvment going to a 7200RPM 16MB cache HD.

I have no idea what he is using, however, common sense plays a LARGE roll in it. Is it such a large leap to assume that he refered to a 7800 RPM and not a 5400 RPM? Personally, I dont think so.
I was not aware that people could play such a resource intensive game like BF2 with an old POS harddrive (5400). I would think that most computers built or bought after 2002 for the most part use 7800 RPM HD. I would further presume that Greg is not a total computer noob, that would be an insult to his intelligence. :hmm:

Just a note, it's 7200RPM, not 7800RPM. Yes BF2 will play on a 5400RPM drive, and I would bet more people out there have them than you would realize.
