Anyone know where I can get mp3 or wav clips of the bf2 radio commands?

Jobby, you'll find all of them in the Common_client.zip file. Assuming you installed the game to the default directory, the path would be:

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Common_client.zip

Just unzip the Common_client.zip file and then you'll have access to the Sound directory ... which is where all the radio/voice sound files are located.
