I flew a helicopter inside the carrier and got alot of kills that way. There was just enough room at the entrance to fit it in. Anyone else done this?

Yes, you can go all the way to the Hanger bay fore. Its not really that hard at all.

Apache is easy to do it with, but try it with the hind, thats where it gets tricky.

Same here. I also have a hard time seperating friends from fo; i see red and blue nametags everywhere . So I usually don't fire unless fired upon.
Whats funny 'bout this map is that you get shocked when you're inside the carrier, and a grenade goes off on deck above.

I don't prefer to go inside- although I can make it pretty far in... I usually have trouble turning around and trying to get my lazy ass out. I'd rather just go inside the first section... stay there... move out... reload... repeat.

But then again- if I'm American I wouldn't take the risk because the other chopper might be looking for me.

As for people bringing the heli in while I'm trying to cap a flag- psh... just flash the guy. The heli freaks out and starts moving too much.

I actually had a good run at that 2 days ago. I was piloting the apache and just leaving the deck after re-arming when our aft-bay flag went white. this was only 2 minutes into the game and way too soon for mec to be getting on the carrier so I flew in there at full speed taking all 3 people out with missles, did a pefect u-turn and flew out without damage, all in under 4 seconds. I was laughing, thinking that was some sweet/lucky flying. the gunner was like 'wtf - wow'.
usually I dont fly in there because you can be taken out pretty quick with Eryx's.

also I was gunner the other day when the pilot flew the hind in there but somehow we warped thru the deck into the engine room. :shock:

I was in the stairwell next to the boat bay in back. A friendly chopper flew into the boat bay, and it's blades came Through the wall to kill me. Sliced me right in two! I saw it coming but couldn't move in time. Of course things like that do no damage to the chopper.

LOL iv seen ppl do that one time i was the enemy of the heli and was support smoked the heck outa him.. till he crashed it was pretty funny..

Yep

The helo needs both a pilot and gunner to take these players out. Also, the pilot needs to know how to turn the helo around otherwise they will die from behind.
