WTF does this error mean?

I am on a different computer, since i am on vacation in california. I just installed bf2 on it (athlon64 3400+, geforce 5200, sb audigy 2, 2gigs) and when i try to retrieve my account SuperTyphoon, i get this error i have never seen before:



Is this possibly the result of a hidden firewall on my computer?
