I like it but it seems like a mod 'cause the ground doesn't look like any of the maps. Still though, for timing, I give it 9/10.

The map is Road Rage. If you are South of the bridge, and high up, look down and to the right, you will see the housing.

I love how some people critique these screenshots as if all of them were setup and within a controlled environment. Half of what makes the picture good is the timing and at least a perceived sense of actual game play.

and that makes the pic bad because.......why?
