    Patch Problem

    Alright, I have installed atleast a good 30 times now and the patches always say patching failed. It gets to common_client.zip then says patching failed. I am trying to install 1.3. I am not running any background antivirus programs while patching.

      have you tryed downloading the patch from a different source?

          Yeah I have tried filefront, fileplanet, ea and a couple others.

          ok, there are no errors in my install but it still seems to hate patching common_client

                  I might be wrong (I'm at work at the moment and can't check) but I think there might be a patch log generated when you try to patch your BF2. Try hunting for the log (probably in your BF2 directory) to see if that gives you more information.
