    Deleting files

    Are there any files that i should have CC cleaner delete in order to make Bf2 run faster thanks

    You can delete the same files that bf2cleaner does from the "My Documents\Battlefield 2\ directories, that is everything in the following directories:

    \dmp
    \LogoCache

    \mods\bf2\cache
    \mods\xpack\cache (if you have SF)

    Deleting the last two cache areas will cause you to have to reoptimize the video again. Normally if I delete these, I then startup some SF single player maps to optimize (ghost, warlord, devils), it takes less time than doing it online.

    The benifit of BF2Cleaner though, is that you can also remove (edit) the recently visited servers from your profiles general.con file. These are added there by BF2 for each server you connect to.

      so in the end the last two would take more time with optimizing. What do the first 2 do?
