My BF2 recently started coming up with "ERROR this server does not allow Battlefield 2 modified content please revert your battlefield 2" WTF is this? :cry:

Either repatch the whole game or re-install it again and u will be ready to go, its happened to me about 3 times now and that will fix it 100%

well that sucks because my stupid sister scratched my vanilla disc so i have to use my SF disc, meaning now cos EA Challenged Mentally can't make a patch that doesn't F**k up i have to shell out even more moey FFS. thanks man

EA Challenged Mentally made the sh!tty patch thats causing it, it wouldnt make a differance if i used my vanillia disc anyway.

Mate, its not this patch which causes that problem, as its been a recurring problem for people for a long long time. a simple search would find you the solution for this problem very quickly.

the best solution: download the full 1.3 patch. repatch again. that should solve the problem.

do you get that MSG on every map? (re patch)
just the same map (reload map folder if you can)
it happens when PB perceives come mismatch in the file
(update PB)
I tried EVERY suggestion here
kept getting it at random
I had bad memory (ram)

repatch with full version of 1.3 at what point...........after sf ef and af are installed?
Can someone give me the correct procedure for installing complete game with all expansion packs? Since I added af I am getting mismatch error on all maps other than AF maps.....they play fine, but that was after a complete reinstall because AF maps wouldn't play before only original maps played after I added AF. Cornfused...........I admit. I used to love this game before AF.

lol thats interesting. I had a Corsair stick that was slowly going bad. I just noticed a big performance hit until one day my computer wouldn't post anymore.
