Insane vehicle drops?

I was playing karkand on a 64 ranked today (i wish i remember which one) and the opposing commander dropped like, 25 vehicles at once??? how did he do this glitch/hack? Is this encountered much?

Do a search please. Discussed to the bits; it's a commander hack, either operated by the commander himself, or someone else in the server who can take over and "play" with his toys.

There are supply crate and artillary hacks as well.
