Drive at a slight angle, turn as you get to where he is, doubles your chance of getting the kill.

Lay down claymores beside the road (on the drivers side), it takes out those buggies real quick, plus it usually leaves the car intact.

I've never been run over. Usually if a transport car is headed for me, I just jump over it sideways, clearing the hood. Sometimes if I'm a sniper and I encounter a tank, I hide underneath it hoping someone else will get it, or it drives away with out seeing me.

you can also cover underneath a vodnik or humvee... so you will need to get your tires over his face
