Why when I play in some servers are my unlocked weapons no longer selectable? and (this may or may not be the same issue) last night a guy I was playing with couldn't select his unlocked weapons even though I was using one of mine.

It's a bug..happens sometimes. Try logging out of BFHQ and rejoin the server. -
