cool, i bought modern combat for the playstation, and the copy sits at a friend's house, probably never to be played again (i dont own a ps-not sure what i was thinking purchasing it in the first place). i am not sure if consoles will ever make it to the pc's standards, but it does look good, and not too far off into the future.

Its looks awsome. I was really excited but then I realized it was for X360. Oh well. I had known about this game for a while now but never realized that.

Long story short Trauma left Dice and formed Kaos Studios, who was then picked up by activision



About Frontlines, I've been wanting this game ever since a nice Game Informer Article. TOo bad it comes out Fall of next year

Long story not quite so short:
Frank Delise makes and imports hummvee into BF42 and posts it on forums.
People see the hummvee and join him to make Desert Combat, sometime around here or possibly earlier Trauma Studios is formed.
Desert Combat grows to be the #1 mod for BF and is very popular.
Trauma gets hired by EA. They do some concept work for BF2 using the BF engine, and design a few of the maps. (Gulf of Oman for example.)
Trauma gets screwed over by EA.
Kaos Studios is formed, my guess is that EA/Dice hold the rights to the name Trauma Studios so they needed a new name.
Some of this info may be a bit off but I think it's pretty accurate.
