I've been getting ticked off with the constant CTD's and sound loop bugs when using vehicles, as well as the sundry other problems since Patch 1.3.

So I fired off an email to complain, unfortunately, since they don't have a complaints department I sent it to tech support. I wanted to know when there was going to be a fix for the patch.

EA's answer was as usual.....informative.

Unfortunately, we here at technical support does not have any information regarding that, as technical support is mainly concerned with troubleshooting technical issues, such as the game will not load, etc. Although we cannot provide any ETA on when a fix will be ready, please know that getting it resolved is a priority for us.

This is starting to sound like the Duke Nukem Forever style of excuse, it'll be fixed 'when it's done'.

I hope they up the engine the new Quake engine that's been so rumored way back. But the newer one not the old new one LOL
