please answer a few noob questions

1) What does it mean when I see a red square with a skull in it, on the right side of my screen?

2) How do I unlock a weapon after I've chosen "Choose Later"? I can't figure out how to get back into the unlock window

3) Is it possible (either through options or through a mod) to set it up so that no matter what team you play, you always hear stuff in English and the other team in a different language? (and if it's possible through a mod, is it a legal mod?)

edit: I think I found the English only option... it was a check box in Audio that said "English VO only" but I hope that doesn't mean I won't hear foreign languages (possibly including my own on MEC)...

1. It means mines near-by. I.e. claymores or landmines.

2. It should come back when you next log in.

3. Think you can select English voiceovers in the sound options.

I sort of miss the MEC and Chinese voices. All that 'alek lilly bab! INTA!' and 'haingui! sha eena!' babble. They could've at least gave the two teams English in outlandishly racist stereotypical accents. 'Sorry chief' turns into 'Mi so Sari! Woahh', actually someone get me a good spade so I can make a decent start digging myself out of this hole...

I've always left the MEC, PLA voices on, just try to read the text/minimap when something is said - just habit I guess.

You'll probably not want to keep it on english only though. That way whichever team your on, if you happen to hear the "wrong" language nearby you know the enemy is near by.
