um u start plaing on ranked servers and rank up.

Play and score points............get promotion............choose M95 unlock when asked. (note that the first couple of promotions dont award unlocks, first 1 comes at 1000 global pts i think)

M95 isn't that great of an unlock, IMO. It's nice when you play as PLA or MEC, but the M24 is hella nice. The L96 pwns.
