FAO: Server Owners/Admins

I'd post this in Server Owners Lounge but I have don't have access.

Here is the situation, my clan is looking to rent a 20-40 player ranked server on the east coast (USA, obviously). I just wanted to ask your opinions of your hosts. Value for money, customer support etc.

Also are their any hosting companies that we should steer well clear of?
