How do you start a Co-op server?

I haven't played BF2 in a couple of months. I downloaded the 1.3 patch, but how do I start a co-op server?

I suppose you could use bfcc but I just use BF2.
If you want to use a listen server you start it the same way you start a conquest server except you select co-op from the drop-down box. Note that if you have any modded maps you need to make sure the first map in the list supports co-op or you won't get the option even if you have other maps that support it.
