Global Unlocks for dedicated LAN server

I have a dedicated server for LAN parties, and the attendees want to be able to use their global unlocks. in the dedicated server settings, it will not let me check the boxes next to "allowglobalunlocks" and "allowglobalranks" I manually edited the server's .con file and it still doesnt work. I just want lan party players to be able to use their unlocks, if it cant be done, i want to know how to unlock them all. the preferrable way would obviously be to do this legitimately, but we can crack if needed, its just a LAN server, and is clearly not ranked. You can't anymore since the patch. However, you can do this. Read the posts on page 1, 8, and 9.
