make whichever commander is annoying you go into a knife/revive cycle with someone from the other team. great way to stop all those artilaries on your main base or other places where they arent helpful.
probably get accused of stat padding tho, but its not, its annoying the commanders

Umm..there's people who do that for living, e.g. http://www.bf2s.com/player/43557499/ , and not just to commanders. I think that's something you should get your stats reseted for.. Hope you don't do it too often..

Do you guys push the commander with your own bodies, or vehicles? I find it best to push the CO with a vehicle, much faster, anyways, fun to put a bad commander into a non-combat zone hwere it says go back into combat or be shot or whatever.

You did him a favor. Commanding in the water is the safest place to be. The carrier surface is a death trap.
