can you create shortcuts to euro force and armored fury and in which you will run just those? what i mena is how you run bf2 and get bf2 servers, but then you run bf2sf and only get sf servers. is there a way to do that with ef and af?

No.
EF and AF are boosters to the basic game. They just added the maps and their supporting files to your main game.
SF is a expansion pack...ie., a mod.
When you start a mod, you have changed the path for the game files, such as this for SF:
+modPath mods/xpack
The server now uses the files in the mods/xpack directory instead of the defaulted mods/bf2 directory.
To show the startup for another mod, lets use the Desert Conflict mod. Its directory is mods/dcon so the startup has this in it "+modPath mods/dcon".
Since EF and AF are not mods, their files exist in the default bf2 directory, mods/bf2.
