well i installed BF2 SF but when i started it up it said "mods/bf2/shaders/lightning.fx not found!!!" i even looked on ea's support page and it talked about this the problem is they say get the newest patch (version 1.3) but i do and it even say on the BF2. plzzz help me fix it or else i just lost 30 $$$$$

madman i had the same problem. I even did have 1.3 on regular bf2 but i guess Special forces has to be patched to. So do what ea says do download the full 1.3 patch again and that should fix your problem. At least it fixed mine anyway.

What that dude said is the most complicated way of saying just download the full 1.3 patch. It does the same thing.

i did what he said and installed the full patch and it worked but for some reason it sais that the shaders are missing for the levels "leviathan", "night flight" and some other map.but it is different shaders that are missing
