How do i serve my own battle Recorder?

I tried and tried and read the text file and I still can get my battle Recorder to work. All I want to do is to host one. Please someone help. I look it up in google and I dont understand what is it exactly I need to do. I still cant get it to work.

What am I sopose to do with this?

Can I use my own URL? Or do I have to buy one for hosting balltle recording.

There use to be a seperate folder called Battlefield 2 Sever. But since patch 1.22 they merge the folder with the battlefield 2 folder.
