Knife Kills

Is it just me, or does it usually take like 5 knife kills to acctually register the kill?

I don't think so. Usually, if I get a knife kill, it shows up on my score. I haven't seen anything go wrong with that.

Yes its lag that can happen on the fastest server and its the same reason for AT missiles and TV missiles going through things.

when you hit the guy with the knife, get the squoosh sounds, and the puff of dust, but nothing happens.....its typical.....i had those.....sometimes even 4-5 hits before i get the kill....i must have abou 200 kills that i was robbed of......its worse when it costs u your life...

yea lately every knife kill ive gone for took 2 "actual" hits before they die... im guessing the lucky bastards sneeze right as i put my knife in there stomach

This ****ty ass coding for the knife has been here since the launch of the game. So stupid and STILL not fixed or even ****ing aknowledged.

It's more like 1/5 victims seems to be resistant to the knife.

Yup its gotten worse since patch 1.2, before the 1.2 patch it wasn't to bad. I used to go on a knifing spree. 1500+ kills with the knife and i have died more then killed with the knife since 1.2.

Its not important as nerfing jets and helo's up, or making a vehicle drop, So unfortunately the knife will never be fixed along with red/blue tag bug ,etc.

lol i have 1555 kills and over 1000 deaths while i had the knife in my hand. I'd say 70% of the deaths was because of the hit box not registering.

I usualy do 2 stabs for a kill, it takes half life on the first stab.

i always get kills on 1 stab. no prob on my side. maybe cos i aim for the easier parts like the upper body. stabbing the legs might not always work.
