PLEEASSEE tell me there are plenty of full maps for EVERY map on SF still..

I just bought SF and I reckon the maps are freakin AWESOME.. but I hope to hell there are still lotsa servers with all the maps, of course the majority of the time full... anyone got info on that? Thanks.

Try this link to Game-Monitor - http://www.game-monitor.com/search.p...&ruleval=xpack which lists about 440 servers running Special Forces maps at the moment - most will be SF only servers. You'll probably find a good number of them are pretty full. Have fun :)

there isn't tbh
the server list for special forces is 90% empty servers - it's not pretty
I used to play EA 31a but it was empty this weekend which doesn't seem good
Moders are still irregularly active

If you want a SF server that runs all the maps look for Rubberducky 2 server. They are the only ones that i've seen running night maps lately:)

Looking through that games monitor list, it looks like Ghost Town and Warlord obviously have high turnouts.. Iron Gator looks popular enough, aswell as Surge. That's half at least. Mass Destruction looks a little popular... Levethian and that other one, Diver's something, seem to pop up occasionally... Night Flight just doesn't seem to be anywhere. I seriously hope EA release a patch or just SOMETHING to improve Special Force's popularity... an expansion pack should not be loosing popularity so fast after only 6 months release.

integration is the answer - segregating bf2 and special forces was a mistake

With fewer players and servers, your more likely to run into the same folks more often and this gives you the ability to keep tabs on those players that work well together. You start to learn that after 9pm on server ABC, you can find a bunch of guys that squad up and work as a team. You know the commanders that do their job and those that don't. Personally, I like the smaller community that SF offers... I think there are fewer kids/noobs (but that could mainly be due to my server selections.)

there are lots of servers still running full... it just depends on what kind of map you like to play.

Yeah, but isn't that a good thing? I was a little frustrated this weekend in that all SF servers with < 100ms ping were filled. So I played on some west coast and European servers and dealt with the lag.

Wow.. there's plenty more servers now. I can see 6 out of the 8 maps with at least 32 people playing occasionally up to 64 player. Only the other two night maps seem to be missing.. levethian and that other one, devil's perch. I'm sure they occasionally get cycled.

I've never played Leviathan. I've had SF since December. So no, in my experience there aren't plenty of servers for every map.

But that said, there are still plenty of servers playing, so I can always get a game on a map I like. I just never seem to get to try that map...

The servers are having an even harder time keeping players in since patch 1.3 causes all those CTD and server crahses...not pretty right now...maybe after patch 1.4?:laugh:

I get a few hundred ranked, populated SF servers every time I try to play... You can only play on one at a time, so having that is more than enough for me.
