I was just wondering is there a hole or crack in the carrier on the gulf of oman map. I had a very strange experience yesterday at first i though it was some kind of cheat but then i started to think about how the carriers actually put together and from what i remember in the map editor its in 3 sections.

Anyway yesterday i was playing gulf of oman and i was commander so i decide to camp on the stairs inside the carrier. Im commanding away helping my team the best i can and then the next thing im killed by a MIG i press the enter key and im on the deck of the carrier staring up at a BH taking of. Straight away my first impulse was to call the guy a hacker because how the hell can a MIG get me inside the carrier. After though i started to think about how the carrier is actually put together and it isnt 1 solid object its 3 objects stuck together and if there not put together correctly there could be a crack or somthing. Well to get to my point has anyone else been killed inside the carrier in such a strange way that shouldnt of happend ???.

This has happened to me once or twice. Almost the same thing. I'll be sitting inside near the stairs and just get killed by someone randomly. Try sitting underneath where the boats are. I find that this spot works better.

This has happened to me once or twice. Almost the same thing. I'll be sitting inside near the stairs and just get killed by someone randomly. Try sitting underneath where the boats are. I find that this spot works better.

You know the left hand side first flight of stairs near the boats i was at the top of those stairs halfway between there and the middle hatch with a claymoore on either first flight of stairs just incase an enemy boat got to the carrier.

Yes, me and my m8, that was beside me started to laugh, and I don´t think that was splash damage, it seemed the shell hited inside the building, but I am not shure.

Heheh so the jet pilot shot into the port hole of the carrier and killed you sitting in the stairs ^_^ I've never heard that one before. oOOoo or maybe he bombed the carrier and like the bomb went PERFECTLY into the door way and down the stairs!! Hahah that would be awesome for a movie!

It's not actually a hole. It's a glitch where the attack chopper spawns and you are vaulted to the deck for some reason. I can't believe EA haven't fixed it.

I think that what you failed to take into account was that the comment was made with sarcasm. If you get the chance, look up the word and consider how other posters may use sarcasm in their online discussions.

In the post you are discussing, the poster (Venny) was using sarcasm in such that everyone claims 'hack/cheat/glicth' whenever they are killed in the game. As this thread concerns a player (you) killed in a game, the poster decided to use sarcasm to make light of the situation.

Can you think of other ways in which sarcasm can be used? Can you use the word sarcasm in a sentence? What's the difference between sarcasm and wit?

Also, while sarcasm may upset some readers, it certainly doesn't warrant childish name calling.

Yes, there is a dry dock on the bottom of the boat with a set of stairs going up. So it kind of makes like one big hole going into two smaller holes, or you could say it is like 2 smaller holes making one huge hole, or one small hole making a huge hole and a small hole.
