Just got the BF2 1.3 patch and....

I dont know how to use all the new features that came with it. The file was a .exe so i thought it would put the necessary files in the correct locations. After i patched the.....patch i didnt see or wasnt prompted to save anymore files.

Also is this an official patch because the whole coop-online thing doesnt seem like EA.

1. If you ran the exe, and the last screen was "Patching Successful (or Complete)" then you did patch to 1.3

2. This patch is official, and yes EA did put in a Co-Op mode.

lol ty but were do i put on the new features and such?

My friend and i are trying to lan over a 3rd party prog that lets u lan over the net and was just wondering uf anyone knew how.

yes lol, i got the same prob it installed the patch but i didnt get any of the "pick-upable vehicles, nor the difficulty select...etc.) please Help!

What does the version number say when you run BF2? Have you tried being commander and dropping vehicles or squadleader and requesting them? Co-op mode should be available in a drop-down box when you start a local server if you have only the standard BF2 maps or other maps that support co-op mode.
