if your pilot its easy, fly around and let you co fire his 4 missles then as he is rearming bomb something
i also cant stand you folks who cant pilot and yet think its your god given right to hop in the bomber seat in bombers, same goes for you tards that cant pilot a chopper and immediatly get in the gunner seat- us pilots like to gun every now and again aswell you know

Man now one can do anything right eh? If the noob had hopped into th pilots seat and swiftly flown you into a tree you'd whine abou that too.

you don't have to wait for a lock. Just fire and guide them in.

Oh man, I dont go for a reload until youve wasted those 16 missiles, usually. Just talk to your pilot, ask him for a smoother approach and youll get your kills.

Answer me this please, people:

When you get in the co-pilot seat, do you like....watch TV or something? Or go away? I don't understand this, i'm always bloody lining up people for perfect shots, hell i'm even spotting ground targets whilst flying to make it easier, yet no response, no kill, nothing. So i think maybe i'm going too fast, i do another aproach and slow to a speed and altitude where any half brained tanker could probably take me out with ease....yet no kill.

So i type "??????????????????????" in All chat, Team chat and if he's in my squad, squad chat. No response. (This is all whilst flying)

I'll tell you something, i've only ever had a co-pilot who's got the kills properly about 4 times in my entire Bf2 career.

What's more funny is that using the LGM's is the easiest way to kill in the game, any decent LGM'er can get the kill before the pilot get's his divebomb kill, for the pilots: you are a guided flying weapon, not a WW2 carpet bomber, keep that in mind. But for the love of god, if you get in the co-pilot seat, don't bloody go AFK.

Edit: There are other bombers besides the F15, infact the F15 is the worst bomber in the game. Just like everything else in this game that is USMC...

dont think that about all co-pilots...I love being a co-pilot, me and this guy team up and rack up atleast 70-90 pts per round...

I usually ask people what they want me to do.

I'll say something like "Do you want me to point the nose at targets or just kinda glide towards them?"

Usually works out that way. I also try to invite them to my squad so I can yell at them when they seem to go afk in the co-pilot seat.

I have found maybe 3 pub pilots that are any good in the bomber. Me, i love co-piloting, i reckon i must be one of 3 people that do. But I never get a pilot who can fly well enough or who flys level for just half a second.

I would go as far as to say that removing pilot controlled bombs from the bombers would have been the utopian situation
I am still bewildered at how many braindead people get into the copilot seat and when you are busy helping them get kills they don't even fire :s
