I've just purchased and installed both Euro Force (EF) and Armored Fury (AF) on a clean BF2+Special Forces (SF) version 1.3! When I try to enter a server with Euro Force maps, the game loads fine, but at game startup, I get thrown of with the following message:
"This server only allows players with unmodified content to join. Revert your version of BF2 to the current official version to join."
What "other version" exists out there ???
Installed BF2+SF on a totally clean WinXP Pro setup, patched to ver.1.3. Puchased EF+AF, and installed them in that order via the EA-Downloader.
Even if I launch the game with EA-Downloader it will not let me join???
Tried these servers:
81.3.59.136:37180
72.232.69.235:16567
209.160.64.92:16567
(One server stated EF+AF ONLY, so it shouldn't be a AF problem?!?!)
No problem to join these maps in single player!!!
