There is an old Carrier trick that gets you the plane every time.
On the starboard aft quarter pad there is a tiny ledge to the side of the pad just enough for one person to prone in. It's between the pad and the starboard catwalk.
Hold E and the next time the plane spawns it's yours regardless of how many pilots gathered on the pad above.
I havent tried it for a long time so I dont know if it works.
In the armored fury hangers you see on the walls little rectangular cubes, line on those on both sides and center yourself under the roof cube. I think the 10 needs a little room towards the front while the others are a bit shorter.
There will be a certain amount of teamkilling for each plane going on. Sometimes you just gotta run em over on the take off because they refuse to back away.
