I've been to Moders Wake before. Never remember it being how it is being described now. It sucks, but at the same time, I find it funny as hell.

the moders severs used to be a good place to play. But a few months ago, they went down the ****ter and never improved.

Just total idiots everywhere. I was on their Wake server a while ago (3 months or so) and I was on China. The round had started about a minute before I got in, I spawned at South to get the tank (as usually it will be sitting there) and it wasn't. So I drove around some.

I went by the airfield, and what did I see? All 3 of our tanks sitting together at the main, the idiots endlessly looking around for an enemy to shoot.

The US hadn't gotten to land, so why the hell were they sitting at main just looking around?

Another time, I spawn at North, looking for a tank. 2 enemies parachuted in, a teammate got the tank while I dealth with 1 of them. Then I come around the building and saw him throw a MEDPACK at the tank. He freaked, jumped out and ran the other way. I then proceeded to get raped by the enemy in his new tank.

Why the hell would people bail from a tank if an enemy is near?

Best bet, stay away from Moders.

I recently had to C4 the Phalanx untill I got banned on Wake just so we could get aircraft up. Some douchebag just kept tk'ing round after round and blowing everything up on deck. It was an awful day of gaming, couldn't find anyone to play with.

(I too have been Tk'd for offering a "ride" to a player)

I think with the summer holidays we can expect more such ungracious behavior.

I bet my money on it!
