Strange TeamKill

Hi All,

Here is something strange which I've never heard about or noticed before. Today I team killed someone twice, because he appeared to be an enemy with their name in red above them. I was of course punished twice. I also checked that they were on the US team and I was chinese. But he managed to punish me twice.

Unfortunately I can't remember their name now. I just wondered if anyone else has seen this? Was this a server mistake or was the player messing with it ...

This is the red tag bug that has been with the game since its launch. Your best bet is to start learning the difference in uniforms.

To solve it when it happens to you disconnect from the server and reconnect

The problem with the "learn your uniforms" fix is that the enemy has a very rude habit of stealing your teams vehicles. :censored:

As you play you might want to try to familiarize yourself with your teammates signatures. I know it is almost impossible but it might cut down on the accidents.

Ultimately you may have to shoot first and expalin later if it needs explanation.:salute:

Quite unavoidable at this point. True also that it has been around since day 1, very well known. Over 100 threads on that alone in these forums. When it's you that has tht, it's best to log out and exit the game completely and log back in. That usually takes care of it.
