Inadiquate O/S Privilages!! I WILL WORSHIP U IF U CAN HELP!!

When i try playin battlefield 2 i can log onto my account and usually i can get about 5 seconds into a game when i am booted for lack of O/S privilages!? i used to be able to play this game and i don't no what i av done to change it!! Can any1 help?

My friend had the exact same problem but it was in Americas Army. He fiqured out that it didnt work because he had Windows Pro. I dont know it that helped. But what OS do you have?

You need to be using an Administrator acount in Windows.

If you already are then you could be infected with adware:

try right clicking on bf2 and click run as, and use a administrator account

The problem with that approch is the fact that the CD key is encrypted with information from the Windows account you patched in the game in, so if you start the game from another account you most likely get and Invalid CD Key error.

Menu, control panel, Administrative tools, accounts.

Make sure Admin account is default.

If you are running under a USER account, BACK up your work BEFORE switching to adminstrator or you will LOSE your data stored under the USER account.

or..try this way.

R click the icon...go to properties, go to the compatibility tab, and makes ure that your OS version shows up.
