[VIDEO] A-10 backflips

This is a video I made after I found out how to do backflips/frontflips in the A-10.

The thing that made me want to make a video/figure it out, was that video with the jet with the reddish smoke, and it was doing flips.

I think it was Wargimp or someone that challenged me to do it, so I just did it for fun. But in the slow moving A-10.. :laugh:

I was about to say, "WhoopTido, so what? You do backflip or loop in any plane, just a matter of how quickly" But that's just insane!

lol now that's the tactic we need to emply when someone's on our 6! I mean when you go to F12 view, the aircraft isn't even really moving, and staying within a small box area, Just flippin' and flippin! Reminds me of the Su-30MKI.

I do that by acident sometime, and the only way to get out is to kill all power and stall and recover lol.

Yeah you can do that with any plane.. I never really use it though.

The A-10 is different, but with the JSF you have to go pretty high. I'll make a video how. You can do 1 flip, 2 flips, 3, or even 4, before you lose control.

I can't explain it. It literally would be easier to make a video. lol

Yes, but that was cause you went above 900... and "lost control"

like I said in this video, it's all UNDER 800 feet, and is under PERFECT control. I coulda pulled out of it any time.

he probably has no idea what lomac is. I bet he wont even take off from the runway if he would fly the A-10 in lomac. Spooling up the engines might be too hard. LOL

I've always wished I was able to do that stuff. But the truth is, at this point I'm lucky enough if I can get the jet off of the runway without getting into a horrific accident. But then again, if there weren't admirers, how would people have any kind of special status?
