Where did it go!!!!!!? Its running Euroforces now, and appears to have completely closed their regular bf2 server. NO!!!!!
No really, does anyone have an ip for a regular bf2 tacticalgamers server? Also noone appears to be going in them...

ranks kill mods. anyhow, prmm and usi are still played. except prmm is on that noobed aas game mode.

Its not a mod. Its an excellent unranked server that plays unmodded bf2. It promotes teamwork and squadplay to the highest level.

This is the best server I've played and now the only server I played at. They now fully support BF2, EF & AF maps! Not to mention their own "TacMod" on certain nights for a more technical experience. If mature tactical teamplay & fairplay is what you are looking for, there are no better place to play.

I used to play on TG a lot, but I had a break and when I came back I was banned. Must have been a mistake and I'm unbanned now but it took several months. Thank you Tactical Gamers for the best gaming experiences I've ever had.

Yes but it is running EF and AF, which I dont have. Every time I look they are running the boosters instead of vanilla. Damn...

Boosters are in heavy rotation right now because they've only recently both been introduced to server 1. The admins at Tactical Gamer are consulting on how they will be rotated in the long run.

It used to always be so filled up. Usually almost full. What happened? Now it is like 5 out of 64...

We still have a healthy population and are growing all the time! The server usually fills up in the evenings (after 7:00 pm eastern and run well into the evening). Most of us work, go to school, or are otherwise occupied during the day so we aren't able to play until we get home, fufill household obligations, chow down, etc.

As RocketPunch said, we are really populated on Sunday and Thursday nights when we feature Tactical Mod on Server 1. We're still there and the quality of play, teamwork, and tactics are still great and get better all the time.

They already did this. The booster support is not a test. You can read the decision here:

So sir blades...this IS the regular server. If you want to help support this community and play uninteruppted than you will need to purchase the two booster packs. Read the link above for in depth discussion on why this decision was made but the short answer is to give the community some badly needed new maps to play. From now on we have 6 new maps to play on with the typical teamwork and tactically oriented TG style of play. I hope to see you back on the server in the future...

Glad that you enjoy our servers :) As others have mentioned, we made the decision to put the booster maps on our primary server full time. People were just flat-out getting bored of the vanilla maps and we needed some high quality, new content. The booster packs happen to fill that need, and they're actually quite fun to play! I think EA did a pretty good job with the maps and was ready for some new stuff myself.

Make sure you also check out our TacticalMod. It goes on Server 1 on Thursdays and Sundays. As of right now, the TacMod team does not have plans on supporting the boosters.. The goal of TacMod is to bring teamwork and squadplay to the next level!
