Some I've asked has said that such things would be considered so, but they dont know much more than me. I am truly sorry for the BAD JERKS that replied to you here
if you are 'handicapped 'as you said - then you have my prayers
(if you are 'spoofing us' then you really do need our prayers even more !)
      anway / / /
there are many ways to enjoy this game 'without' the fine motor skills
I am probably older than 95% of the players here, and mine (motor skills)certainly are no match for the younger kids here
so, I pilot the attack cobras, or 2 seat jets, or transport helos or drive armor or command
or you can lay mines, blow up stuff with C4, or repair things
make sure you use VOIP and join squads - or it will get boring
      hmmm
come to our server 64.34.181.6 and play a bit - and if we see you trying
      (skill not a requirement)
we will invite you into our ventrilo server
or visit our website/forum (posted in game)

in summary - many ways to enjoy the game

This may or may not be helpful, as i dont have all the details anymore. You can get free software that lets you use a web cam to track the movements of your head so that you can control your mouse by looking around the screen. Some of it requires that you wear a simple head band with some form of marker in the center of it for the software to use as a refrence, others can actually track your face. I'm not sure how helpful software like this would be for you, but i figured id offer something constructive. hope that helps.

I'm grateful for your replys, and even if some where rather harsh I got many i realy appreciated. Yes I do indeed use the nades a lot. Putting the sensitivity up wont help as it is the small movements I've got troubles with...

To gallandro: Now I'm not that disabilited that I cant use my hands, as said it's just manuvering the hand to were i want it that is the hard part.

I now understand that such aids are a no go. And I will do without, I was just checking wheater there were such opportunities. I'll do what people said here, use nades and be the commander. Bf2 isn't all about presision shooting, which is why I like it. Other fps's I've got no chance at and have therefore avoided as the plague....

Another way you can play without too much "arm" precisions is to fly choppers. I personally use a PS2 style joypad for flying and its all finger movement and not "arm" precision shooting. The best thing about flying attack chopper is you can let the gunner do all the shooting and you do the flying. Same for jets, just do bombing runs and you should be good. you can just specialize in flying which actually a lot of people do.

Hope you can enjoy this game as much as possible and don't let people talk you down.

As for ground troops, playing support and medic would be your best bet. As for support the gun is not very precise anyway and it is more for supressing fire more than anything + everybody need supplys especially AT guys. Medic is another one revive, heal, health packs. One more thing you can help your team or your squard is be a spotter, which believe me help a lot.

Forgot to add is an Engineer, one of the most overlooked kti in this game. lay mines, repair armor + they use shot gun with a large blast radius so you don't need to be very precise.

Your ability to aim fast is really important for close combat but if you were a different class eg sniper and stayed back a bit its more about judgement than fast hands.
Also armour and command are an option.

As for the first person to replie to this thread you should be ashamed and even if you were joking it wasnt funny.

My clan buddy uses goggles which act as a monitor and a mouse.

Then maybe you could set up "track IR" or whats it called, as a mouse aswell?

I forgot to add that the goggles she uses have increased her efficiency tenfold, aim and whatnot.

mjw1988, you deserve to be hanged by your pubic hair, if you have those yet, that is.

Damn, thats bad, coming from a kid who is 17 or 18. and we call people like that "adults".... sorry that w@nker came in and ruined the day bud.

Yeh, aids are hard to come by in online fps. Like people have said, your best bet is either armour or sniper, im not sure how well you'll be able to fly given you said its small movements you struggle with and piloting requires some of those, perhaps gunning is an option.

Besides that, yeh i dunno how much we can offer you mate.

By the way, who is \TSM\Ghost, i've not seen you round these parts before mate!

You use a device such as this...

and turn the mouse sensitivity down, give yourself a large mousing area, then your larger, less refined movements will be smoother onscreen. We have a lady at work with a similar problem and without her fingers guiding the mouse, and with the full weight of her hand and arm on the device she has much better fine control than she used to have.

The one the lady at work uses is here, at the bottom of the page, it really does help!

no offence, but if u have this kinda problems, it would be hard trying to enjoy this kinda games. perhaps u should stick to rpg or rts games?
