Ranking up

Question if it can be answered,i'm stuck on Master Sargent and have all thats needed to rank up, but it won't. If anyone could tell me what i'm missing which I doubt is the problem. If you check my stats it's just SkullCracker and thats it. Just at wits end on this and thanks in advance.

You have to get the badges BEFORE you hit 20,000, now you've got to wait till you get 50,000 to rank up.

• Basic Assault Combat
• Basic Anti-Tank Combat
• Basic Sniper Combat
• Basic Spec Ops Combat

did you have all the badges before you rank up? or did you get them after you rank up?

yes but you needed them before you hit the 20.000 mark
