TotalBF2 highlighted the 'Desert Conflict' mod's latest model - the gorgeous Sikorsky CH-53E heavy lift transport helicopter.



-- I've been ranting on about how BF2 (particularly the USS Essex maps) need a heavy lift option in order to get more feet on the ground. I'm glad to see that there are so many modders that agree and are putting models like this into their mods.

I remember playing DC on that Oilrig map and hearing the noise coming out of that thing as I was hiding w/my stinger trying to put a round into it - its nice, but I can see the J10 pilots on Dalian Plant salivating :)

Maybe because it would be nice to discuss the overall possibility of includiing heavy lift in Vanilla BF2 - rather than just discussing a mod!

And to be fair - I do admit its an obsession!
