HOw many people actually have BF2 Disk 1 in their drive to play?

I have a trial version of a mount program (Gamedrive) that I got with my 7800 GT OC and it works perfect. It only takes a second to load/mount on reboot.

<----bought dvd, and has the ability to mount it, but too lazy. Easier to leave the dvd in the drive, gg.

I use the SF disk, it useally skips "verifying client data" (or it just goes really fast sometimes).

Hmm the SF disks? I should try them out to see if the Verifying actually gets bypassed as you claim.

i have a very strong suspicion that Bf2's protection has rendered my DVDRW inoperable so that I was forced to get Daemon tools to continue playing
don't know how to prove or fix the problem

got stuck picking up the CD version the first day it came out

I use the BF2 Installation disk.

I use to mount with Daemon tools, now I just use the DVD since I reformatted.

This is actually the only game I use the CD for, instead of an image. Not sure why, probably laziness.

DVD hasn't left my drive in a while. Since I compete in CAL, we're supposed to have the disc. Mounting images is illegal according to them.

The DVD has been in my drive for over like 4 months already without being taken out
